Rockwall CPR provides CPR/AED, AHA BLS, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogen Training, PALS, and Safety Consulting in Rowlett, Rockwall, Forney, Garland, Richardson, Dallas, Plano, Wylie, Sachse, Royse City, Greenville, Fate, Murphy, Caddo Mills, Quinlan, Terrell, Wills Point, Edgewood, Fruitvale, Grand Saline, Canton, Mineola. We have been teaching CPR classes for over 35 years. We are certified American Heart Association BLS instructors and a Health & Safety Institute (HSI) Certified Training Center (#1047510). We teach programs which are recognized, accepted, and approved by, or meet the requirements of occupational licensing boards, OSHA, and the state of Texas. Steve Horwitz, D.C.
Dr. Horwitz has treated thousands of patients and provided coverage at 100’s of athletic events. and trained youth, college, professional, and Olympic athletes. He was the sole chiropractor on the US Olympic Team medical staff for the 1996 US Olympic Team. He has been teaching CPR for 40 years.
Casie Dryman, RN
Casie is a dedicated school nurse with over 16 years of nursing experience. Prior to her current role, she spent the majority of her career serving patients at Parkland Hospital. Casie is also a certified instructor through both the American Heart Association (AHA) and Health & Safety Institute (HSI), sharing her expertise in life-saving techniques with healthcare professionals and the community.
Peggy Clark, RN
Peggy is a Pediatric RN retired from TSRH after 18 years. She is currently working in pediatric home health care. Peggy has 24 years of experience working with special needs children with all disabilities in the Step-Down ICU. She is an AHA PALS instructor and HSI BLS instructor.
Don McLean
Don is a Paramedic with prior experience as an Emergency Room Tech.

CPR and First Aid - TEXAS LEGISLATION
2025 Landon Payton Act
SB865. Requires all public schools and open-enrollment charter schools in Texas to institute cardiac emergency response plans. Mandates CPR/AED training for certain school personnel and creation of a cardiac emergency response team.
2025 Anti-Choking Device in Schools
HB549 requires each ISD to make available at each district campus at least one airway clearance device appropriate for use on the majority of students enrolled at the campus. Requires the principal of the campus, in determining the location at which to store the device, to consider the primary location on campus where students consume food.
